Wedding letter monogram is one of those things that I wish I still had the time to make for our wedding. You can use it practically anywhere: on the doors of your groom and bridal suite, on your bridal car, on the entrance of your ceremony or reception venue, on the guest registration table. Anywhere, some even use it as a caketopper.

So here, I’m sharing a few wedding letter monogram ideas to give you inspiration for your next DIY wedding project. I’ll divide it into three installments because a lot of people got creative and found so many ways to make letter monograms. Today, they’re made from pencils, maps, old book paper, printed fabric, paper quill and crayons.

There are many ways to decorate the candles that you’ll be using for your wedding ceremony. But the idea of printing your wedding vows on the candle is so romantic and so elegant that I wish I had discovered or thought about it before, when I was still preparing for our wedding. Not to mention that it looks so easy to make, too.

Today’s Friday but we won’t be having the regular Free Wedding Invitation Template. I skipped two weeks already, sorry. There’s no explanation but a promise that it’ll be back next week.

For now, I’m sharing this cute idea on how to make a wedding meaningful even after it’s over. I mean when it’s no longer the wedding, but the marriage that matters.

Love notes and a bottle of wine sealed in a box to enjoy on the tenth anniversary. Another one is to put a bottle of whiskey and love letters in a box. When you have a fight the plan is to take a drink and go to seperate rooms to read the letters. The letters are to be re-written every 5 years on your anniversary.

Most DIY brides want to personalize as many items as they can to make their weddings uniquely their own — to the point that it becomes an obsession and the cause of many a stressful nights. And one of my obsessions then was to have a pair of His and Hers glass flutes for the ceremonial toast.

But I don’t know how to make one. I found a tutorial on how to decoupage a glass but it involves baking/heating the glass and I didn’t dare try it. I’ve thought of gluing some crystals on them but decided against it. I wanted a sweet flat design, something that won’t look too DIY.

Wedding day was fast approaching and I still got a lot of other DIY projects that I haven’t finished, so the customized wine glass was regrettably scratched off the list.

Now, I realized I didn’t look hard enough before because I just recently stumbled upon this very simple tutorial on DIY frosted glass. Frosted glass — that would’ve been perfect and it really looks so easy to make.

The frosted glass spray paint that was used for that project is this:
